This program is targeted to improve your static and dynamic balance. It is catered to everyone, from athletes to everyday movers. These well-rounded movement snacks address the common challenges people face with poor balance especially with ageing.
MOTUM Flow 1.0
Duration: 8 days
This program is inspired by all of your favourite Movement 1.0 Classes. Make sure you’ve completed MOTUM Flows 1 first before commencing this program as the movements are more advanced.
Tight Hamstrings
Duration: 5 days

Core Strength 1.0
Duration: 7 days
Learn how to set your core on fire and work it like you’ve never worked it before. This program will take your core activation to the next level and help you build strength for life.
