Matt Heavyside
Studio Manager | Instructor | Physiotherapist
Matt Graduated in 2009 and travelled to USA to be one of the first Australians Certified in SFMA – Functional Movement Assessment. Creator and Founder of MOTUM, Matt’s on a mission to help people move better to live happier lives. He sees a future where we can significantly reduce the pain and injuries that are occurring right now, simply by moving our bodies the way we were naturally designed to with natural ground based mobility.

Nathan Rosenzweig
Physiotherapist
Nathan graduated in 2014 and quickly developed a passion for clinical musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He loves his time in the clinic helping people. Nate’s major passion is helping people who are struggling or think they’re going to be in pain forever to discover that they can live a pain free life and function to their absolute best.

Tahlia Wall

Tahlia is a Physiotherapist who loves nothing more than sharing her passion for movement with others. Tahlia understands what it’s like to have a body that doesn’t move well or serve you properly. Movement has changed her life. She has a special interest in helping those who feel stuck, or that their bodies are broken. Empowering them to seek a new approach which results in less pain and better movement.

After graduating from the University of South Australia in 2015 Nat started her career working in a busy clinic in Victor Harbor. Here she developed a wide range of skills with a diverse group of people including NDIS, Maternal Health, Women’s Health and Sports.

Amy Colbert
Physiotherapist
Amy’s ultimate goal is to help humans of all backgrounds to feel and move better in their body! She loves the close team dynamic shared by all who work at Physio Smart and is passionate about welcoming others into this environment with a cheerful energy!

Rachel Hutchings
Physiotherapist
Graduating from UniSA in 2019, Rachel’s learning didn’t stop there. She went on to specialise in several areas and is one of the few credentialed Watson Headache and Migraine therapists. Her areas of expertise include headaches and migraines, vertigo/dizziness, neck/spinal pain, and advanced dry needling.

Kane Nurton
Physiotherapist
Kane is a physiotherapist who is passionate in helping people recover from injury. He has a particular interest in sport having supported the Athelstone and Pembroke Football Clubs for the last 3 years. He’s also supported Marryatville High School’s Tennis Program helping develop and educate elite junior tennis athletes. Kane is also qualified in Strength and Conditioning and has a passion for the gym and getting stronger.

Lucy Hood (nee Affolter)

Lucy graduated in 2013 after completing a Bachelor of Human Movement and a Masters in Physiotherapy. Lucy is passionate about helping her clients get back to doing what they love. She has treated all sorts of ailments across her career and has a keen interest in sporting injuries, back pain, Pilates, headaches and knee injuries.

Monika Czuprynski
Remedial Massage Therapist
Monika Czuprynski is a disciplined and highly experienced Remedial Massage Therapist of 12 years. She received Osteopathic training later in her career and practiced Osteopathy in Canada for 7 years, specialising in physical rehabilitation. Her career has lent her years of experience working closely with Physiotherapists, making her a great fit for MOTUM Health.
Monika Czuprynski is a disciplined and highly experienced Remedial Massage Therapist of 12 years. She provides remedial, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and scar tissue massage. Nicki has a holistic approach to health, wellbeing and movement and loves to work collaboratively with her clients and their healthcare team.
