A tough one for me. Is there a way to learn how to do a Cossack squat properly?
I find a deep cossack squat really challenging too. Best place to start is by reducing the range OR using an assistance: come up on your toes, hold onto a pole/pillar or use a kettlebell to counterbalance. I will chat to Nate (he can quickly show you when he sees you next!)
