This is a little ripper. Struggled when in a shin box to hip hinge forward in a straight direction. I’m always going off to the side…. Gathering something in my lower body is tight?

yes that could be the case Marina, it also may be so hip control and strength through your deep hip muscles that you can build up to help master this one. Stay with it 🙂
