Oh this will be my jam!!! I pronate in and lived in orthotics for 20years because of it! Until I found barefoot – The Foot Collective (you on the podcast actually Matt!) and it changed my life. I am no longer in orthotics and love my barefoot shoes! I definitely still need to do this session and will find a way each day as it will help keep me barefoot and happy!!
