MOTUM STUDIO
Studio Values
- Stay Present. Be in the moment. Move with intensity, clarity and focus and remember, it’s not how it looks but how it feels.
- Have Fun. With yourself and with one another and always bring joy to movement. It’s not that serious.
- Embrace Learning. Explore flexibility and mobility with curiosity. You will move in ways that challenge the norm, to create freedom in your body.
- Move Safely. Do not move in pain. Take a regression when you need it and let your instructor know about any injury or pain. We will always support you to move safely.
- Be You. How you show up to practice is how you show up in life. Bring your energy, your passion, your own flare and share it with our community.

Tahlia Wall
Studio Manager | Instructor | Physiotherapist
Movement has changed Tahlia’s life. She knows what it feels like to have a ‘broken body’, after being in a cycle of chronic pain for several years. It wasn’t until she started her own movement journey that she understood how her body was designed to move and how good it could feel.
Tahlia loves nothing more than sharing her passion for movement with others and has a special interest in helping those who feel stuck. Empowering them to seek a new approach which results in less pain and better movement. Tahlia loves exploring new ways of moving and helps people with their movement journeys all around the world.

Prue found MOTUM in 2021, when it first began at the clinic. She’d done years of yoga and Pilates and thought she moved pretty well but that first MOTUM class changed everything. It was humbling, eye-opening and completely addictive.
Since then, her movement has transformed. Prue now feels stronger, freer and more connected to her body than ever before. That niggling knee pain and constant ache in her neck… gone! Completing her MOTUM Instructor training was a full circle moment and it’s incredible to be helping others feel the same joy in moving well. Come and get addicted… one feel-good flow at a time.
