This toe touch series has been great so far. I think I like part 2 a tiny bit more. I’ve been surprised both times with the (significant) difference between the starting and finishing toe touches! R elbow to L knee – great. L elbow to R knee – somewhat restricted. A good one to practice! Thanks Tahlia!
