Love this one for my shoulders. What other things can be practised to be able to get better at rotating and my leg/ foot keeping my shoe is on the sole of my foot?
Great question! It’s such a tricky one, because you’re combining high hip mobility demands with spinal mobility & core control (and balance, AND coordination!!!) – so the answer is, shin box, lower abs, rolling patterns
