Find it hardest to have my knee touch my opposite foot when doing the laying down shin box??

Great point!!! Pending on your hip + lower back + ankle mobility it might not touch (and that is totally okay!) take it gently & create as much space as you need! When laying down it puts the pelvis in a different position to when we’re sitting up in our shin box 😉
