Beautiful way to start the day. Struggle town with lifting & balancing the knees & stretching leg towards the back but what a great way to work those lazy glutes! Grazie
Gotta ask…cause you would have already known i couldn’t lift my foot up in the challenge is there a correct way to do that balance with using support or do I just need to work up to it
A few options 🙂 to assist with your progress…
1. Narrow your base of support: bring the front foot in line with the back foot & continue to work on your balance here
2. Hold onto the couch/a stick using opposite hand to the front leg
3. Place your front foot on a pillow (so its elevated) & slowly try to reduce the pressure – but this still allows you to have a 2nd point of contact!

Might be a Beginner class but the challenge sure makes you work hard. Not very good with the balance but can only improve 😊
