Oh yeah the single leg stiff spring got me! Luckily you’ve had me on the single leg calf raises while I brush my teeth for a while now to prepare!!
It’s tricky tricky! Always so good to see where your bias lies & what you can continue to improve/work on. Calf raises are the important pre-curser to this!! Keep going!
