Gosh my calves! I did ask for some calf work at our last online session with Matt 😳
This class seemed to unmask lots of instability. I assume repeating it will assist in improving stability. But how often would you recommend I repeat this ( i was terrible unstable!)?
Great pick up Andrew! Repeat as much as you can – use assistance where you can too! Having an extra point of balance can help with better activation! AND PLEASE BREATHE 😉
