LOVED THIS!!! 💁🏼♀️ Was more even than I expected! AND my balance wasn’t too shabby!!!! Looking forward to repeating. Found it easier when was up on my back foot with toes flexed.
I think practicing both is worthwhile! Toes in extension & foot in plantar-flexion! Love it Lec 🙂
